Homemade Flavoured Oils
I love to find uses for old jars and bottles, one thing I hate is to through away something that could be re-used! I decided to use a couple of old glass salad dressing bottles to create some flavoured oils, these make great decorations for the kitchen or even gifts and after a month or so they taste stunning too!
They are really easy to make;
1. Firstly you need to clean the bottles carefully
2. Select the items you would like to infuse the oils with, I chose fresh mint and chilli's with bay leaves. Place inside the bottles.
3. Purchase some basic olive oil (or other oil of your choice) and fill the bottles.
Quick and easy but pretty and tasty!
